Studio Cancellations

When you book your session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other creatives. In order to be respectful of your fellow creatives, please email accounts@dub5.co.uk as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email at least 24 HRS in advance. Sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another creatives access to that appointment time. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 HRS before the appointed time. We will charge 25% of the invoice as a missed session fee.

Late Payments

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. DUB 5 will charge 1.5% interest per month on top of the original invoice fee for late payments. DUB 5 reserves the right to take legal action with account holders in arrears at any stage.

Storage of Data / Creative IP

DUB 5 will hold client data for 3 months from the time of the session. Session files are creative intellectual property of DUB 5, which includes presets, signal chains and arrangement of audio files and regions. Session projects can be purchased from DUB 5 at an agreed price by DUB 5 and the client. Exporting stems from project files are generally obligatory although this is at the discretion of DUB 5 and we may charge a fee depending on the length of time for the administration.

Equipment Damages

The client takes full financial responsibility for any damages caused to equipment belonging to DUB 5 and will be expected to compensate DUB 5 for either the cost of repair or the value of the item that is damaged.

Garment Impairment

Any visible impairment to any item of clothing lent by DUB 5 to the client will be compensated at the current market value of the item. Photos of the garments will be taken prior to lending and we expect to receive the items back in the same condition we originally lend.

Violation of these terms could lead to refusal of works, data holding and legal procedures.
