1. Introduction
DUB 5 is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals participating in our programs, especially children, young people, and vulnerable adults. This Safeguarding Policy outlines our approach to creating a secure environment and preventing any form of abuse or harm.
2. Definitions
Child: A person under the age of 18.
Vulnerable Adult: Any individual aged 18 or over who may be unable to protect themselves from harm or exploitation due to a physical or mental disability, age, illness, or traumatic circumstances.
