Breaking News: DUB 5 Secures Two New Studios in Central London

DUB 5 has announced a major expansion with the acquisition of two additional recording studios in Central London. This milestone comes less than two years after establishing its renowned private penthouse location, which features three state-of-the-art studios (Studio A, B, and C) and has hosted internationally acclaimed artists. With the addition of Studios D and E, DUB 5 now operates five premier studios in the heart of London. The new locations will include a kitchen, shower room and rooftop terrace, offering artists a premium creative environment.

Founded in West London’s iconic Ealing Studios, DUB 5 relocated to Central London in 2023, solidifying its place in the city's vibrant music scene. The impact extends beyond the studios, with DUB 5: LIVE—London’s largest artist showcase—bringing talent together from across the UK and beyond. Director and music entrepreneur NYDUS reflected on the journey, sharing his gratitude for the success. He recalled the humble beginnings of his first studio, built in his mother’s garden. With key collaborators like producer and engineer Yani from ‘The Creative Musician’ and investor Joseph Colebrook—both now partners in this venture—DUB 5 continues to push creative boundaries.

Yani said, “What drives me is giving musicians the opportunity to create something they’re proud of.” Joseph added, “This isn’t just a studio; it’s a space for creativity and community to thrive.”

Producer and engineer Rellz, who now operates full-time from Studio E with his company Nonstop Studios under a secured contract, expressed his commitment to fostering new talent: “The studio was opened with one mission: to provide an environment that feels like home, where talent can thrive and artists can truly express themselves without limitations.”

The exact locations of the new studios will be revealed soon, sparking excitement across the artistic community.
